Installation Instructions on Linux

	MySQL 4.1 or later version must be installed first.
	If you want iHelpdesk to listen on default port 9020 (or any port number greater than 1024), you can log in as a regular user.
	Make installer executable: chomd +x helpdesk.sh
	Run helpdesk.sh to start installation.
	Execute $INSTALL_DIR/ireasoning/helpdesk/bin/startup.sh to start iHelpdesk server. If you want to start the server on startup, add this line to /etc/rc.local : su --session-command="$INSTALL_DIR/ireasoning/desktop/bin/startup.sh" UserName (Replace $INSTALL_DIR and UserName with actual parameters. UserName is the user account used to run iHelpdesk server.)
